SUPWELD
The SUPWELD company was founded in 2018 with the aim of providing its Customers with comprehensive support in the interdisciplinary field which is welding. The company's core consists of experienced and qualified staff with competence in:
Welding Supervision (IWE, IWI) according to EN ISO 14731;
NDT testing of welded joints (VT, PT, MT, RT);
Quality inspections, audits of subcontractors, acceptance of welded structures;
Comprehensive design of the welding process, selection of the optimal welding method for a specific application, selection of materials, equipment, parameters in order to obtain a product according to Customer specifications (optimal in terms of both quality and manufacturing costs);
Certification of welding personnel (examination of welders, solders, welding equipment operators and welding adjusters);
Qualification of welding technology, resistance welding and soldering;
Manufacturing of welded constructions.
WHO IS OUR OFFER ADDRESSED TO?
Our offer is addressed mainly to companies and entrepreneurs manufacturing welded structures or planning to start activities related to the production of welded structures and commissioning welding works to other companies. The main goal of our company is comprehensive support for our Clients, by:
- reducing the risk associated with improper implementation of welding works, ignorance or misinterpretation of regulations, norms and directives, by providing substantive support on terms convenient for the Client (we are flexible in determining the terms of cooperation),
- reducing the risk related to entrusting the execution of welding works to entities without appropriate competence, qualifications or equipment, by conducting audits of subcontractors at the request of the Client,
- preparing the company for the implementation of welding quality standards (among others: PN-EN ISO 3834 "Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials" and PN-EN 1090 "Technical requirements for the execution of steel and aluminium structures"), which ends with obtaining the certificate of a selected notified body. The implementation of these systems is often a prerequisite for starting cooperation with companies commissioning the executing of welding works (ordering various types of welded constructions).
